Field Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：
1.认真贯彻产品质量要求，执行各项检验制度并能及时处理质量问题，监督操作人员执行工艺纪律情况及检验人员的贯彻情况，对工艺纪律执行情况进行系统分析，并及时反馈有关部门；fulfilltherequirementsofproductionqualityandcheckingspecification,timelytreatthequalityissue,monitortheworkingperformanceofoperatorandtester,analyzeandtimelyfeedbacktorelevantdepartment.
2.能正确使用检测设备、检具和通用量具等检测手段，能对零件进行全尺寸测量，指出产品的质量偏差情况，汇总统计分析并予以协调控制；properuseofdetectionequipment.analyzeandcontrolthedifferenceaccordingtothelayoutinspectionforpartsbyusinginspectiontoolings
3.对客户质量问题或质量事故，组织有关部门人员进行分析处理，并组织撰写质量报告，需要时，向客户报告；organizethestaffanalysisforqualityissueoraccidentofcustomer,fillouttheunqualifiedauditreport,necessaryreporttocustomer
4.负责体系的正常运行，进行过程审核和产品审核fulfillthesystemrunning,andmaketheprocessauditandproductaudit
5.负责编制原材料、外购外协产品的检验规范，负责编制产品质量责任书及成品交付检验规范，并负责对操作人员进行操作指导；establishproductqualityresponsibilitybookandtheinspectingspecificationforrawmaterials,outsourcingproductsanddeliveryofthefinishedproductandinstructtheoperator
6.对零件情况进行分析汇总，及时反馈有关部门statisticanalyzethedataofpartandtimelyfeedbacktorelevantdepartment
7.按时完成月度工作报告和相关的质量分析报告timelyfinishthemonthlyreportandrelatedreportofqualityanalysis
每月26日提交下月工作计划及相关资金预算；submitworkplanforthenextmonthandrelatedbudgeton26permonth每月前三个工作日内提交上月工作总结；submitmonthworksummarywithintheprimalthreeworkingdayspermonth负责确保漏检率达到公司要求，并持续不断地降低漏检率。ensurethatresidualerrorratemeettherequire,andcontinuallyreducetheresidualerrorrate
任职要求：
1、大学本科文化程度；bachlordegreeeducation
2、熟悉机械加工工艺和各类工艺检测手段；familiarwithmechanicalprocessingtechnologyandvariousmeansofdetection
3、二年以上现场质量管理或现场工程师经验；over2yearsqualitymanagementexperienceorfieldengineer
4、具有独立处理技术问题的能力及协调能力；withindepentprocessingproblemabilityandcoordinationability
5、熟悉TS16949质量管理体系；familiarwithTSqualitymanagementsystem
6、掌握质量控制技术、六西格玛、8D方法等质量技术；masterqualitycontroltechnology,sixsigma,the8Dmetodsuchasqualitytechology
7、计算机操作熟练。proficientincomputeroperation
8、优秀的外语听说读写能力。Excellentstyleofwriting,beproficientinEnglishlistening,speaking,readingandwriting
