2.Minimum5year’sleadershipexperienceor5yearsworkingexperienceinculinaryartsinland-basedhoteland/orcruiseshipcatering.
3.Mustbewell-versedinmodernandclassicalcookingtechniquesandsimultaneouslybeinnovative,havingapulseoncurrentculinarytrends.
4.StrongunderstandingandhighproficiencyrelatedtofoodcostandgeneralP&Lprinciplesandforms.Proficientinoperatingcostcontrolactivities.
5.Hightechnicalproficiencywithallculinaryactivitiesandsections.Strongabilitytodevelopanddocumentculturalandregionalrecipes,menusandoperationalprocedures.
6.Proficientintraining,supervisingandevaluatingemployees.
7.Strongabilitytoread,interpretandfollowworkrules,standardoperatingproceduresandspecificationsinEnglish.
