Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：
1,确保产品供应持续，并提供支持
2，开发并管理新的供应商，商谈采购条款
3,对供应商的表现评估，并确保工艺
4,准备供应商开发计划，并改善其整体水平
5,协助并界定开发手段以及方法
6,维护并加强职能部门之间的关系
7,善于和工厂进行沟通
8,协助并于区域团队合作确保计划实施
9,评估潜在供应商并管理整个供应商质量过程
11,确保采购计划，合同以及供应商管理可控，
10,开发，创造采购计划，评审采购文件
PositionResponsibilities：
1,Supportstheregionalsupplyfunction,ensuringcontinuityofsupplythroughanalysisofkeymetrics
2,Developandmanagenewvendoron-boardingprocessincludingterms,compliance,setupforms,leadtimes,andtrackingofallrelatedinformation
3,Executesvendorperformanceevaluationstoensuretechnicalexcellenceforproduct
4,Preparessupplierdevelopmentprogramtoimproveoverallsupplierperformance
5,Assistsinidentifyinganddevelopingdepartmenttoolsandmethodologies
6,Maintainsandenhancescross-functionalteamrelationships
7,Comfortableinterfacingdirectlywiththevender
8,Coordinatesandcollaboratewithregionalteamswhileensuringtacticalandstrategicalignment.
9,Evaluatespotentialsuppliersandmanagestheoverallsupplierqualificationprocess
10,Developsandcreatesourcingplans,requestsforproposal,andothersourcingdocuments.
11,Ensurebusinesscontrolsareinplacesurroundingsourcing,contracts,spending,andsuppliermanagement
任职要求：
1,本科学历，化工，机械，材料专业优先
2，三年以上工作经验，
3,精通起草和分析合同和说明工作。
4，具有较强的理科的能力
5，技能在AutoCAD，SolidWorks或其他3D
8，根据需要灵活安排旅行。
7,优秀的英语口头和书面沟通技巧。
6，熟练的电脑操作能力-包括MicrosoftExcel，Word中，PowerPoint。
