-Designanddevelopprocessinnewproject,andsustainforprocessinwholeproductlinecycle;-Potentialprocessownerfordedicatedprocess,tobeaprocessexpert;-Continueimprovementforexistingproductionline,andcostimprovement;-Createmachinespecification,andhandlethenewequipmentdevelopment;-Beacoreteammemberinproject,andleadotherengineeringfunctionsasMEleader;-Contributeininnovation;-Othertaskwhichsupervisorrequest.
任职要求：
-BachelordegreeinEngineeringscience-mechanicalengineering,electricalengineering,engineeringmechanicsorrelateddisciplines;-Minimum6years’experience,atleast4yearsinprocessdevelopment,automotiveindustryexperienceispreferred;-Havestatisticdataanalysisforprocessanalysisandimprovement,GB/BBisPlus;-FamiliarwithTS16949,APQP,Lean-Manufacturing;-Assemblyprocesstechnology;-Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills;goodatEnglishlanguageabilityinreading,writingandspeaking.
