EHS Supervisor工作职责
岗位职责：
1.EnhancetheEHSknowledgeintheorganizationandworkingouttheriskwiththeteamtogetherandaligntheteamforriskassessmentandcorrectactionplans;2.IdentifytheEHSriskandworkingoutthesolidactions/proposalstoManagementteam,reduceEHSrisk,providepotentialriskanalysisandreporttomanagementteam;3.BeresponsibleforWastegasanalysis,correctionandreduction,tomeetgovernmentrequirements;4.FocusingandguidingothersintheaccomplishmentofworkobjectivesonEHStopic;5.Identifyingopportunitiesandtakingactionstobuildstrategicrelationshipsbetweenareas,teams,departments,organizationsandotheragenciestohelpachievethegoalsonEHStopics,especiallyinEnvironmentandSafety;6.Originatingactionstoimproveexistingconditionsandprocesses;usingappropriatemethodstoidentifyopportunities,implementsolutionsandmeasureimpactofEHSrisk;7.DevelopandimplementEHSimprovementprogramstoachievetargetsofLTI(LostTimeInjury),MTI(MedicalTreatmentInjury),SafetyNon-compliances(SNC),EnvironmentNon-compliances(ENC)8.ImprovetheResourceUseefficiency9.AchievetotalJobSafetyAnalysis,withimprovingplantobecarriedout;
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’sdegreeinEHSorMechanical/ElectricalEngineering,orrelatedotherrelatedmajors;2.Atleast8-yearfullfunctionEHSexperiencesinamanufacturingcompany,preferinamulti-nationalone;3.SolidKnowledgeofChineseEHSLegislations,veryexperiencedwithSIPlocallawandgovernmentrequirementsandpractice;4.CertifiedISO14001&OHSAS18001internalauditor.NationalRegisteredSafetyEngineerispreferred,familiarwithJSA,8D,5W1HandotherEHStools5.ProficiencyincommonPCbasedapplications;6.GoodcommunicationskillinbothEnglishandChinese;7.Strongcommunicationskillsbothinternallywithdifferentemployeesandexternallywithgovernmentandsuppliers;8.Strongexecutioncapabilityandtrytomakethingsdonetoreducetherisk;
