电声工程师工作职责
岗位职责：
1、负责按照客户的规格要求并在项目规划的时间范围内设计和开发扬声器驱动器，扬声器箱及扬声器系统。2、负责及时提交开发过程所需的声学文件并向项目经理报告项目的开发成果和产出。
3、在设计扬声器和声音产品时与机电开发工程师互动。
4、负责完成扬声器箱或系统的声音调整最终达到客户认可的声音表现。
5、公布声学部件并确保符合技术规格要求。
6、与外部供应商在产品技术问题上做互动以便其相关供应商们积极参与进来。

2.Responsiblefortheintimedeliveryoftherequireddocumentationofacousticsduringdevelopment&reportprojectdevelopmentresultsandoutputstotheprojectmanager.
3.Interactingwithmechanical&electricaldevelopmentengineerswhendesigningtheacousticalaspectsofloudspeakersandsoundproducts.
4.Responsibleforsoundtuningoftheboxesorsystemssuchthatthecustomerapprovesthesoundperformance
5.Toreleaseacousticalpartsandtoensurethattechnicalspecificationaremet.
6.Interfacingwithexternalsuppliersontechnicalissuestocreateapro-activeinvolvementofthesuppliers.

任职要求：
学历/专业资格：机械或声学工程专业本科或本科以上学历。
工作经验：至少5年在消费产品的声学产品设计经验
知识/技能：扬声器设计。它的功能，在测量扬声器的工作原理和行业标准。质量和可靠性测试扬声器驱动器和盒子。不同的扬声器外壳设计，盒及无源和有源分频器
语言能力：英语流利（书面和口头）
个人要求：一个团队意识，能独立工作的人，以他或她自己的责任在工作和保持一个积极的态度，在所有的情况下；优秀的沟通技能；成熟的，系统的，积极主动，团队精神。
Academic/ProfessionalQualification:DegreeinMechanicalorAcousticalEngineeringorequivalent.

Expertise/Skills:Designofloudspeakers.It'sfunction,operationtheoryandindustrystandardsonmeasurementsofloudspeakers.Qualityandreliabilitytestingofloudspeakerdriverandboxes.Designofdifferentloudspeakerenclosures,boxes&passiveandactivecrossoverfilters
Languageskills:FluentinEnglish(bothwritingandverbal)
