电气主管工作职责
岗位职责：
1、BeresponsibleforHSEperformanceingivenarea,andleadsasexampleforcontinuousimprovementinHSEperformance.
对所辖区域的HSE绩效负责，并以身作则，致力于职业健康及安全环保方面的持续改善；
2、Tosupportelectricalmanager,viacoordinatingandpromotingreliabilitycenteredmaintenance,tocarryout,andcontinuouslyoptimizethepracticesofinspection,preventive,predictive,anproactivemaintenance,collectandanalyzeequipmentweaknesses,improvetheresultsofMTBF、MTTR,withlow-costsolutions.
协助电气经理，协调并指导团队成员，积极开展以可靠性为中心的维护工作，致力于落实并持续改善设备点检、预防性、预测性及主动性维护，收集并分析设备的薄弱点，寻求经济可行的方案，持续不断地提升设备的MTBF、MTTR等指标；
3、Organizestheteam,toperformcheckingandtroubleshootingonresponsibleequipment,includingpowerdistributiondevices,drivesandmotors,HMIandPLCcontrollers,industrialnetwork,fieldinstruments,UPS，lightingfixtures,andairconditioners,etc.
组织团队成员，做好分管区域内的电气设备的检查维修工作，主要包括供配电设施，电机及驱动设备，人机界面和PLC控制器，工业网络，各类现场仪表，UPS,照明装置及空调设施等;
4、Caresabouthistoricandpresentstatusofresponsibleequipment,coordinateswithplanning,operation,quality,mechanical,andfluids,etc.toworktogetherforcontinuousimprovementinqualityandproductivity.
关注设备的历史状况和现实状态，积极协调计划、生产、质量、机械及流体等同事，团结协作以追求产能的不断提升，以及废品率的不断降低；
5、Organizestheteam,tosupportinstallationandcommissioningworksforrevampingorexpansionprojectswhenrequired.
按要求组织、完成公司改、扩建项目中电气设施的安装调试等工作。
6、Mobilizesandorganizestheteam,tocontinuouslyimprove6Spracticesforresponsiblearea,andoptimizesparesmanagementpracticesforresponsibleequipment.
动员并组织团队成员，持续改善负责区域的6S管理工作，并持续优化负责设备的备件管理工作。
7、Promotesalearningandsharingcultureintheteam,tocontinuouslyimproveteamcompetency.
推动团队内外的学习、分享活动，不断提升团队的各项综合技能；
8、Complieswithmanagerialprocedures,completesreportingandarchivingworksasrequired,tosatisfytherequirementsfromvariousauditors.
遵守各项管理程序，并适时完善各类文档记录，以通过各类审核。
9、Supportsothermaintenanceworkswhenrequired.
根据需要为其他维护工作提供支持
任职要求：
1、Thisjobrequirescomplexknowledgeandskills,astheyaretypicallyacquiredthroughatleastuniversityeducationinelectricalengineering,and10yearsofprofessionalexperience,whichincludes3years’experienceinsitemanagementatleast.
此职位需具备综合的知识及技能，候选人至少具有电气工程类的本科学历及10年以上的专业工作经验，并具有3年以上的一线管理经验。
2、Beingfamiliarwiththedesignandmaintenanceofdrives,automation,andpowerdistributionequipment,beingabletounderstandequipmentstatusviaanalyzingthehistoricandrealtimedatainibaserver.
须熟悉驱动设备、自动控制、供配电系统的设计和维护，能熟练使用iba对设备的历史和实时数据进行分析，以了解其真实状态。
3、ExperiencedinReliabilityCenteredMaintenance,LeanProductionand6Spractices,beingabletopracticethetools,likeFMEA,RCA,A3report,etc.
熟悉以可靠性为中心的设备维护管理理念，有精益生产、6S管理经验，能结合工作实际使用FMEA、RCA、A3报告等工具。
4、BeingfamiliarwithMSOfficesoftware,EPlan,AutoCAD,etc.FluentEnglishbothinwrittenandoral.
能熟练使用MS办公自动化软件，EPlan,AutoCAD等。能熟练使用书面及口头英语。
5、Mustbeopen-mind,self-motivated,havingawillingnessofknowledgesharing.
Goodcommunicationskillsandstrongleadershiparethemust.
须有开放意识和自我提升的愿望，乐于分享各类经验教训。须有良好的沟通技巧和领导能力。
