测试设计工程师工作职责
岗位职责：
-制定ArrayComm物理层产品的测试方案，设计及维护测试用例；
-DeveloptestplanforArrayCommphysicallayerproducts,designandmaintaintestcase;
-与算法组密切配合,深刻理解物理层协议及性能要求，根据仿真结果设计测试用例；
-Closelycooperatingwithalgorithmteam,deeplycomprehendphysicallayerprotocolandperformancerequirement,designtestcaseaccordingtosimulationresult.
任职要求：
Requiredprofile:
-通信工程或电子工程学或计算机专业本科学历；
-BachelorDegreeinTelecommunicationEngineeringorElectronicEngineeringorComputerScience;
-做事主动积极，开朗，良好的沟通及团队合作能力；
-Self-starterandopenminded.Goodcommunicationandteamworkskills;
-良好的英语阅读、书写能力。
-GoodEnglishreading,writingskills.
-熟悉LTE/5G物理层或MAC层协议，有物理层开发经验者更佳；
-BefamiliarwithLTE/5GPHYorMACprotocol,PHYdevelopmentexperienceispreferred;
-有自动化测试框架开发经验者更佳。
-Auto-testframeworkdevelopmentexperienceispreferred.
