CRM Cloud Sales工作职责
岗位职责:
1.开发新客户和拓展新销售渠道,完成公司既定销售指标和回款任务;
2.识别目标客户,了解和熟悉NetSuite产品和客户行业特点,制定销售计划并落实到位;
3.进行前期客户的行业方案、报价、合同等文档,能够在客户方独立完成产品演示,推动签单;
4.学习、熟悉和遵循公司内部业务流程;
5.积极配合市场部,完成区域市场推广工作,参与制定市场区域市场活动计划。
任职要求:
1.本科或以上学历,2年以上顾问经验或相关工作,2年以上销售相关经验,有ERP/CRM等行业云软件产品解决方案销售经验,有财务背景者优先;
2.具备较强的英文能力,可以进行一定英文交流能力,无障碍查看英文资料能力和较为流畅的英文邮件书写能力,文口语流利者优先考虑;
3.熟练运用Office软件;
4.能抗较大压力,工作责任心强,优秀的执行力,时间管理能力强;
5.热爱软件销售行业,追求挑战性的工作;
6.具有出色的倾听和沟通能力,能快速了解客户需求,并准确向团队成员传达;
7.有良好的有团队合作精神;
8.有云计算行业销售背景者优先考虑;
9.接触过NetSuite,Salesforce,Workday,SuccessFactor及相关产品者优先考虑。

Requirements
1.Bachelordegreeorabove,2+yearsofconsultantexperienceorrelatedwork,2+yearssalesexperience,ERP/CRMorcloudsoftwareproductsolutionsalesexperience,financialbackgroundispreferred.
2.StrongEnglishability,goodEnglishcommunicationskillsforlistening,reading,andwriting,andfluentEnglishoralfluencyispreferred.
3.BefamiliarwithusingOfficesoftware.
4.Canresistgreaterpressure,strongsenseofresponsibility,excellentexecution,andstrongtimemanagementability.
5.Lovesoftwaresalesindustry,thepursuitofchallengingwork.
6.Excellentcommunicationskills,fastunderstandingofcustomerneeds,andaccuratecommunicationtotheteammembers.
