岗位职责:

1.Sellthecompany’slineofproducts,obtainleadsandclosesalestoachieverevenuegoalsandcreatelong-termpurchaseagreementswithkeyaccounts.

2.GeneratesalesrevenuesbyuncoveringcustomerneedsandperformingproductandsoftwaredemonstrationsatcustomersiteswiththesupportofaSalesEngineer.

3.Evaluatecustomerrequirementsforthispurpose;includinginstallationlocation,mounting,softwaresolutions,customerengineeringdrawings,CADdata,GD&TandinspectionplanswiththesupportofaSalesEngineer.

4.Utilizeallavailableresourcesincludingsalesmanagement,Inside

SalesSpecialists,SalesEngineers,marketingandothersto

advanceandclosesales.

5.Informclientsofnewproductsandsoftwaresolutionsastheyare

announcedorreleased.

6.Reviewandmaintainrelationshipswithexistingcustomerswithin

assignedregiontogrownewsalesopportunitiesatthese

accounts.

7.ProvidestrategicinputtotheCountrySalesManager.Identifyandreportonpotentialopportunitiestopromotesalesgrowth.

8.Workwithinestablishedbudgetsandensurecompliancewithexpenseguidelines.

9.UtilizeSalesforce.comasacustomerrelationshipmanagementandsalestool,andgeneratereportsasrequired.

任职要求:

·Degreerequired,

·3yearsofdirectsalesexperienceincapitalequipmentrequired,experiencesellingtothemanufacturingmarketpreferred;

·KnowledgeinMetrologywillbeanadvantage;

·TOEICListeningandReadingminimumscoreof450(225/225)

·Excellentcommunicationsskills;

·Excellentteamandleadershipskills.

·Experiencewithanestablishedsalestrainingprogramrequired,experiencedinWilsonCounselorSalespersonpreferred.

·Mustpossessstrongbusinessethics.

·Knowledgeoflocal,USAandUKanti-corruptionlawsisbeneficialandpreferred.
