7.Helponthespraymachineifneeded.
8.Recordwastagedaily.
9.Reportanyotherqualityproblemstosupervisorordept.head.
10.Conservationofallresourcessuchaselectricityandwater.
11.Adheretosafetyinstructionsandprocedures.
12.Ensureallsafetyswitchesareworkingandinorder.
13.Reportanymechanicalproblemstothesupervisorandmaintenance.
14.Reportanyenvironmentalincidentstoyoursuperior.
1.精确称量浆料，并确保应用到对应的批次；
2.运送纯净、合适粘度和颜色的浆料至机台；
3.按照生产计划配料；
4.保持配料室的整洁；
5.负责化料桶从库房向配料室的搬运；
6.负责废桶向库房的搬运；
7.记录每日剩料、废料情况；
8.向主管或部门负责人报告任何质量问题；
9.节约水电等资源。
10.遵守安全操作规程
11.确保所有安全开关处于工作状态
12.当机器发生故障时,及时向主管和维修人员报告
13.向主管报告环境事件
Qualifications:
Minimumof5workingyears’experienceinautomotiveleatherproduction.FamiliarwithMSoffice.Abletoworkunderpressure.Goodteamworker.Executeprivacypoliciesandregulations
1.五年以上生产型企业现场一线工作经验，工作细心不犯错，有配料经验更佳
2.保密意识强，严格遵守公司的保密政策
3.有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，抗压性高，注重团队合作
4.会一点电脑办公软件的操作
