岗位职责：

Receiveandanalyzerequisitionstodeterminequantity,specificationsanddeliveryrequirements.
Fromapprovedsupplierlist,recommendandselectsupplierstofulfillscheduledplantdeliveries.
Responsiblefortheon-boardingofnewselectedsuppliersrelativetomaterialplanning.
CoordinatewithQualityAssurancetoresolvequalityissueswithsuppliers.
Maintainproactiveshortageidentificationandmanagement-helpflagrootcauses&correctiveactions.
Identifytotalcostandcashflowopportunitieswithsuppliers.
AnalyzeandselectpartsforKanBanandSupplierreplenishment.
Mayleadanddirectotherstoaccomplishdesiredorganizationalobjectives.
Expeditedeliveriestomeetandexceedscheduledcriticalrequirements.
Maintainmaterialplanatthetimefencetoensurecontinuityofsupply.
Coordinatewithproductionplannersforsolutionswhenpartscannotbedeliveredaspromised.
MaintainandcontinuouslyevaluatesupplierperformanceandescalatetoProcurementwhenissuesoccur.
Resolveinvoicingdiscrepancieswithsuppliersandaccounting.
Maintainsitemmasterleadtimeinformationbaseduponprocessimprovements,currentconstraints,totalcurrentdemandbyproductfamily,andpriorityinformation.
ManageinternalandSOMI/VMImaterialandparameterstomeetschedules.
Interfacewithrequiredfunctionalgroupstoresolvechallengingdeliveryrequirements.
Communicateforecastsandreplenishmentplanstosupplier.
Reviewopenrequirements,monitoringvendorperformanceandexpeditingwherenecessary.Ensurethatproblemsrelatingtodelivery,qualityorpricingarepromptlyconveyedtothesupplierandresolvedinatimelymanner.
Productivity:identifyandimplementcostreduction/productivityprojectstomeetthecorporateinitiatives/goals.Maintainpipelineandfinancialrecordsforreportingandtrackingproductivity.

任职要求：
BA/BSdegreeor1+yearsminimumplanner/buyermanufacturingexperience.
APICS(CPIM)orequivalentcertificationpreferred.
Considerableknowledgeofindustryrelatedsupplybase.
Skilledinproductionandsupplierscheduling.
Knowledgeableofsupplierprocessesandcapabilities.
Abletoprovidedirectionandtrainingtopeersasneeded.
ComputerproficientwithERPandMicrosoftOfficeapplications
Basicmathematicalskills
Englishfluent.
