Category manager工作职责
岗位职责：
ProductManagement
AssistinexceedingTeamgoalsthroughmanagementandexecutionofcategorystrategytothefollowingareas:
1.Maintainproductstatusandprofitabilitytoreachthefinancegoalsoftheproductline(s).
2.Identifyproductsunderassignedproductline(s),identifyandqualifyrelatedpotentialsuppliers.Implementexpansionofproductlinesandproductlineinnovation,underguidanceofProductCategoryManagerorProductManagertoensurecustomersatisfaction.
3.Develop/maintain/managerelationshipswithsupplierstooptimizethecompany’sfinancialandoperationalresultsunderguidanceofProductCategoryManagerorProductManager.
4.UnderguidanceofProductCategoryManagerorProductManager,negotiateandfinalizeSupplierAgreements,focusingonlowesttotalcostofprocurement.
5.ContinuouslysupplytheProductCategoryManagerorProductManagerwithmarketintelligenceonproducts,suppliers,competitiveofferingandmarkettrendsandmaintainthedata.
6.Followsuppliers’performancereportanddrivethePMteamtotakeactionstorearrangesupplierstructure.
7.Provideandanalyzeweekly,monthlysalesmarginandproductperformancereportsanddrivePMteamtotakeactionplanstofindsalesopportunitiesorfindouttheproblemswithcorrectionplans.
8.FollowtheE&OmonthlyreportanddrivePMteamtotakeactionplanstoreduceE&Ovolumeamount
9.ResponsiblefortheintegrityofGraingerdatabase.
SupplierManagement
Assistinresolvingsupplier/productissuesthatarisewithsuppliers,customersandfieldemployees,includingbutnotlimitedtoissuessuchasproductcost,customer/productwarranties,pricing,hazardousmaterials,andregulatoryissues.
SalesGrowth
Performrelatedfinancial,marketandbusinessanalysesontrendsimpactingProductCategory,requestsforproposalandPPItrendstoassistTeamleadershipinmakingeffectivebusinessdecisions.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’sdegreepreferredorminimum3yearsrelatedexperience.
2.Mustpossessprovenproductmanagementskillsandtheabilitytosolvecomplexproblems.Asthispositionwillinterfacewithvariousinternalandexternalparties,musthaveexcellentcommunicationskills.Positionwillalsorequirestrongbusinessandanalyticalskills.
3.Mustpossessverygoodcomputerskills,OfficeExcel,OfficeWords,MicrosoftAccessetc.
